Orders

We notify members of our mailing list of new sales including coupon codes. We also have exclusive sales for our mailing list members only.

To sign up to our mailing list, click here and fill out the form.

To enter a coupon code:

  1. Add items to your shopping cart
  2. Click inside the Coupon Code box
  3. Click Apply Coupon

We accept all major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner’s Club, JCB through our Authorize.net secure checkout.

No, the only way to place an order is through our website.

If your having trouble placing an order on our website, contact us at support@exclusivewellnessclub.com. After we receive your email, we will contact you within 24 hours regarding your website issue.

When your order is complete, you should receive an email with the subject line “Auto-Receipt”from Authorize.net with a transaction ID. You can also check your order status by going to My Account > Orders.

Once you’ve received and email with the subject line “Your Exclusive Wellness Club order from (date) is ready for download!” then go to My Account > Download then click Download next to the file.

If you have any trouble with your download after following these steps, please contact us at orders@exclusivewellnessclub.com.

You will know the status of your order by checking your email:

  1. After ordering, you will receive your receipt through your email, which is your confirmation that we received your order.
  2. We then work to fulfill your order.
  3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
  4. You can also check your order status by going to My Account > Orders.

Processing – We have received notice of your order but have not received any payment yet. This means your order is not complete. Further action IS necessary on your part. To complete your order and pay, go to My Account > Orders  then click pay to complete the checkout process.

Complete– Your order is complete. We have received your payment. You should get an email from PayPal with a receipt number or transaction ID. No further action on your part is necessary.

Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled. If you have not paid for your order, then the cancellation is complete. If you have paid for your order then we will update your status to Refunded when we refund your money.

Refunded – The money from your cancelled order has been refunded. You should receive a PayPal email notifying you of your refund as well as an email from us with the updated status.

To complete your order and pay, go to My Account > Orders  then click pay to complete the checkout process.

We use a plastic cap with a spout for easy dropper dispensing.

Yes. all of our products are sealed with tamper evident seals for your protection.

Shrink_Band1

The freezing point of DMSO is 64°F. If frozen, place the bottle in a ziploc bag, then place it in warm water below 100°F to thaw. Freezing is common and does not affect the quality of the product. DMSO 70% may freeze at a higher temperature.

We do not offer consultations. All information about the products we sell are on each corresponding product webpage. If you can’t find it on the site, email us at products@exclusivewellnessclub.com. If you are seeking information about how to use our products alternatively, please do your own research. We cannot give you any information on the products alternative uses.

Returns & Replacements

We take great care to pack each of your orders to the highest quality. Unfortunately we do not have any control of how USPS handles your package. On rare occasions your order may be damaged upon receipt.

If your package arrived damaged, leaking or is broken, and is evident before opening the package, or if you opened the package and the product is broken, email a photo of the damaged product with your order number to returns@exclusivewellnessclub.com within 3 days of receiving it. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your refund or replacement. Upon verification, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card of payment within 7 to 10 days.

General Returns

  • You may return your purchase for up to 14 days from the original purchase date. • Products must be returned unopened and in original form that it was received. • Customer covers the cost of shipping when returning. Once your return is received it will be inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. All wholesale, bulk sales and orders over $500.00 are final.

Damaged Product: Exchanges and Returns

  • Exchange
    In order to receive an exchange because of damage, we require that a photo of the product in question be emailed to us within 3 days of receiving the product at info@exclusivewellnessclub.com. When we receive it and verify from the photo that there has been a leak and the outer most shrink wrap of the product packaging has not been broken, then we will ship the customer a replacement.
  • Return
    If the customer cannot provide us a photo then the customer must return the product within 3 days of receiving it. Products must be returned unopened and in original form that it was received within 14 days of purchase date. Upon verification that the outer most shrink wrap has not been broken, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. We do not take responsibility for any information contained in links to outgoing sites within this site. We strongly encourage you to consult your physician for any medical advice or need and before using any of our products or services. Any information you share with us will not be shared with any third party.

Shipping

Shipping is $5.50 flat rate fee on every order. We ship using USPS Priority Expedited Shipping. Orders usually ship within 5 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number when your shipping label is printed. After we ship your order, a confirmation email will be sent.

Delivery usually takes up to 3 days, but can be longer during holidays when USPS is closed. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please refer to our FAQ Page.

* Occasionally, due to high demand, processing times can be longer which may delay shipping. Be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these circumstances.

International Shipping
We only ship domestically to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping is $5.50 flat rate shipping to all 50 states on every order.

If you have not received your order after 9 business days after the date of your order, check your tracking information by typing in your tracking number on this page. Once we ship your package, it is out of our control and you will need to contact the shipping company (We usually use United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. You will know by your tracking number) in regards to the location of your package. If you have checked your tracking number and no information is showing up after 5 business days of placing your order, this is very common with USPS. Occasionally USPS sends the package to the next location without scanning it. If no information shows up after 9 business days, then follow the directions below in numerical order.
If your tracking information says that your package was delivered, please ask your Mail Carrier first about the location of your package and ask him/her if they usually deliver your mail or if they are new. If they are new, ask them for their name.If they do not know the location of your package, ask your neighbors or contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and give them your tracking number and tell them the name of your Mail Carrier. The phone number for UPS is 1 -800-742-5877.If you have done all of the above and still do not know the whereabouts of your package after 10 business days, contact us and we will assist you.* Most shipping companies may have shipping delays around holidays and you may experience slower service.
